a.m. at Farris-Feuerborn Memorial Chapel, Garnett, with Rev. Gale E. Mack officiating. 

Interment is in Garnett Cemetery.  Mrs. Sears died Tuesday, August 6, 2002, at Shawnee Mission

Medical Center, Merriam, KS.

Farris-Feuerborn Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.”



“Shane Michael Schlesener

1986-2002

Funeral services for Shane Michael Schlesener, 16, Blue Mound, KS, were Thursday, August 18,

2002, at 10:00 a.m. at Coffel-Schneider Chapel, Mound City, KS.  Interment was in Sunny Slope

Cemetery, Blue Mound.  Mr. Schlesener died Monday, August 5, 2002, as the result of a car

accident.

Shane Michael Schlesener was born April 25, 1986, at Olathe, KS, the son of Ricky and

Jacqueline (Stites) Schlesener.

Shane is survived by his parents, Ricky and Jacque Schlesener, Blue Mound, KS; two sisters,

Sandra Rios, Osawatomie, KS, and Ricque Foxworth, Blue Mound, KS; his paternal

grandmother, Freda Schlesener, Fontana, KS; his maternal grandparents, Evalyn and George

Stites, Fontana, KS; and two step-brothers, Brad Schlesener and Scott Schlesener.

A memorial fund in Shane’s name has been established in care of the funeral home.

Coffel-Schneider Funeral Home, Mound City, KS, was in charge of arrangements.”
