Graveside services and interment fro Debra Sue ‘Debbie’ Russell, 37, Hartford, KS, were
Thursday, April 10, 2003, at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Ottawa, KS, with Rev. Clyde Greisen
officiating.  Ms. Russell died Tuesday, April 8, at Coffey County Hospital, Burlington, KS. Debra
Sue Russell was born June 30, 1965, at Garnett, KS, the daughter of Sharon (Hermreck) Brady. 
She was a resident of Hartford, KS, moving there from Winfield, KS, where she had been a
resident for thirty-one years. Miss Russell was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother,
Odelia Hermreck; her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Russell-O’Dell; and her brother, Robert
Brady. Debra is survived by her parents, Sharon and Mike Brady, Ottawa, KS; her sisters, Sandra
Zook, Garnett, and Stacy Sykes, Hominy, OK; her brothers, Todd Brady and Brett Brady,
Ottawa, KS, and Scott Brady, Lawrence, KS; two nieces, five nephews, and numerous aunts and
uncles. The family received friends on Wednesday, April 9, from 7:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral
home. Memorial contributions may be made to Congress House of Hartford, KS, which may be
left in care of the funeral home. Dengel and Son Mortuary, Ottawa, was in charge of
arrangements.”
