Susan was raised in the Hydro area and attended school at Mulberry, southeast Thomas. She was baptized at a young age and was faithful to Christ until her death. On October 20, 1955, Susan married Amos Yoder. Susan and her husband lived southeast of Thomas for a year and a half, then moved to Garnett, KS, in the Glenloch area. Susan and Amos lived there for thirteen years and returned to Thomas in January of 1970. She enjoyed gardening, planting flowers, quilting, and teaching Sunday School. Mrs. Yoder was preceded in death by her parents, Joni and Susanna Yoder; one brother, Amos Yoder; and three sisters, infant Lydiann, Mary Stutzman, and Delilah Yoder. Susan is survived by her husband, Amos C. Yoder, Thomas, OK: eight sons, Edward Leon and his wife, Lois, Millerburg, IN, Clarence Joni and his wife, Dana, Thomas, OK, Perry Merle and his wife, Martha, Sugarcreek, OH, Floyd Allen and his wife, Regina, Afton, OK, Alva Joseph and his wife, Jan, Burr Oak, MI, Earl Dean and his wife, Sharon, Huntingdon, PA, Paul Eldon and his wife, Rebecca, Nappanee, IN, and Amos Eugene and his wife, Rose, Thomas, OK; two daughters, Marilyn Fern Yoder and her husband, Clyde, Montezuma, GA, and Susan Gail Beachy and her husband, Stephen, Huntland, TN; one brother, Alva Yoder and his wife, Ellen, Hydro, OK; three sisters, Fannie Stutzman, Topeka, IN, Barbra Ann Thomas, Hydro, OK, and Lizzie Chupp and her husband, Andy, Adair, OK; and forty-three grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Zion Amish Mennonite Church, southeast of Thomas, OK, with Danny Denier, Ed Yoder, John Nolt, and Alva Yoder officiating. Music was provided by Pleasant View Mennonite Church. Casketbearers were Glendon Yoder, Steven Yoder, Devon Yoder, Sheldon Beachy, Michael Yoder, and Karl Yoder. Interment was in Bethel Cemetery, Westphalia, KS. Mrs. Kellerman died Wednesday, June 11, at Anderson County Hospital Long Term Care, Garnett. Mary Alberta Kellerman was born December 12, 1921, at Harris, KS, the daughter of Sam and Betty (Beahm) Heck. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church, Garnett. Mary and Kenneth Kellerman were married June 21, 1941, in Douglas County, KS. Mrs. Kellerman was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Kellerman, on January 24, 1983; her parents, Sam and Betty Heck; and her sister, Ruth Leora Lybarger. Mary is survived by her sons, Darrel Kellerman and his wife, Mary Anna, Ellinwood, KS, Dennis Kellerman and his wife, Ellen, Chanute, KS, and Terry Kellerman and his wife, Janet, Harris, KS; her sister, Vera Funderburgh, Garnett; and seven grandchildren. Richard dale Horn was born January 12, 1946, at Iola, KS, the son of Cecil and Audrey (Baker) Horn. He grew up in Iola and graduated from Iola High School with the Class of 1964. He attended Iola Junior College and the welding technical school at Pittsburg State University. Richard and Patsy L. Adams were married September 16, 1967, at Wichita, KS. They made their home in Iola, until moving to Colony nine years ago. He was retired from truck driving. Richard enjoyed fishing, boating, and following the Nascar circuit. He had helped with the Scouting program, and enjoyed his grandchildren. Mr. Horn was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Audrey Horn; and his daughter-in-law, Beverly Horn. Richard is survived by his wife, Patsy, of the home; his son, Richard D. ‘Rick’ Horn, Jr., Colony, KS; his daughters, Connie Kaye Horn, Wichita, KS; and Sharon L. Eva Louise Padfield was born on December 31, 1907, at Humboldt, KS, the daughter of John Edward Saving, Sr. and Anna Katherine (Rath) Saving. She was raised and attended public school in Humboldt and graduated from Humboldt High School with the Class of 1926. She attended Wichita Business College in 1927. In 1928, she moved to Kingman, KS, and took a job as secretary and bookkeeper for Bankers Investment Company. Eva and Joe C. Padfield were married in Kingman, KS, on October 12, 1929. They moved to Hutchinson, KS, in April 1937. They also lived in Fort Scott, Chanute, and Cherryvale. While living in Cherryvale, she worked as bookkeeper at Cherryvale Zink Smelter. She returned to Chanute in 1967, where she lived until 1995 when she moved to Garnett. Eva was baptized and confirmed in St. Peters Lutheran Church in Humboldt. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Chanute. Mrs. Padfield was preceded in death by her husband, Joe C. Padfield; her parents, Edward and Anna Saving; two brothers and four sisters. Eva is survived by her daughter, Joyce Shaffer, Kansas City, KS; her son, Dr. Jerald J. Padfield, Garnett, her sister, Florence Adams, Humboldt, KS; five grandsons and five great-granddaughters. The family received friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11, at the Family Life Center at the church. Interment was in Garnett Cemetery. Mr. Weber died Wednesday, June 11, at his home. Leonard J. Weber was born April 12, 1900, in Illinois, the son of Fred G. and Emily (Schiller) Weber. Leonard moved to Kansas when he was two years old. He attended Oak Valley School in Anderson County, KS. He lived in the rural Westphalia area for sixty-three years before moving to Garnett, where he lived for the past thirty-eight years. He was a dairy farmer. Leonard was a member of First Christian Church, Garnett. Leonard and Edna Hartman were married in 1921. She passed away in 1938. He then married Vernie Barker in 1944. She passed away in 1992. Mr. Weber was preceded in death by his wives, Edna Weber and Vernie Weber; his parents, Fred G. and Emily Weber; his brother, George Weber; and his sister, Mary Schlotterbeck. Leonard is survived by his son, Dale Weber and his wife, Dorthy, Westphalia, KS; his grandchildren, Gary Weber and his wife, Dianne, Edmond, OK, Larry Weber and his wife, Dena, Westphalia, KS, Judy Ryman and her husband, Kerry, Garnett, and Shirley Fischer and her husband, Jon, Venezuela; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Music was provided by Jeanine Zentner, organist, and Bonnie Kubacka, soloist, who sang ‘Lord’s Prayer’. Congregational hymns included ‘Bringing In The Sheaves’ and ‘Amazing Grace’.
