“Michael Scott Reeder

Our tiny miracle joined our family July 6, 2004.  He made a huge impact in our lives and hearts

for the short time he was with us.  He was a true fighter.  Our tiny angel left us August 10, 2004.

Michael is survived by his loving parents, Ashlei Reeder and Branden Heusted of Lawrence; his

maternal grandparents, Michael and Charlotte Reeder of Tonganoxie; his maternal

great-grandparents, Janice and Daryl Reeder and his great-great-grandmother,Emma Reeder, all

of Wakeeney; his maternal Arrika Reeder of Kansas City, MO;  his paternal grandparents, Lauree

Wright of Garnett and Kevin Heusted of Topeka; his paternal great-grandparents, Rosmary

Heusted and the late Loring Heusted of Topeka, and Marie Anderson and the late Claude

Anderson; great-great aunt Mary Anderson; and his aunt Amanda Freeman, all of Garnett.

Memorial services were held August 17 at 4:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in

Tonganoxie.  Burial will be at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to Overland Park Regional Medical Center Neonatal

Intensive Care Unit and may be sent to Branden Heusted, 1604 Matthew Terrace, Lawrence, KS

66044.

Michael’s family would like to thank everyone for all the love and support.”
