Funeral services for Thelma Walters, 95, Garnett, were Thursday, December 16, 2004, at 10:00

a.m. at Garnett First Christian Church.  Interment was in Lone Elm Cemetery.

A complete obituary will appear in the next Advocate.

Farris-Feuerborn Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.”



Maurice L. Volz

Funeral services for Maurice L. Volz, 76, Independence, MO, were Thursday, December 16,

2004, at 3:00 p.m. at Park Lawn Funeral Home in Independence.  Interment was in Memorial

Park Cemetery, Kansas City, MO.  Mr. Volz died December 11, 2004.

Mr. Volz is survived by his daughter, Robin Meyers and her husband, Bradley; his son, Robert

Volz and his wife, Belinda; his grandchildren, Justin Maldonado, Andrew Volz, and Lauren Volz;

his brother, Robert Volz of Garnett; his sisters, Mary Rockers of Greeley, Florence Justice, Edna

Kellerman, Lucille Rockers, and Barb Katzer, all of Garnett, and Marge Fields of Rosebury, OR.

Park Lawn Funeral Home, Independence, MO, was in charge of arrangements.”
