I'm looking for Information associated with Effie Derinda (RIPPETOE)CARTER. Effie was from Missouri b. 1870, married to Jessie Marshall CARTER in MO, 11/30/1885, but I believe she died in Garnett, Anderson Co., KS on 9/25/1954. Perhaps, living with some of her children....
