Riverdale, a hamlet of Sunmer[sic] county, is located on the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific and the Missouri Pacific railroads, 8 miles north of Wellington, the county seat. It has telegraph and express offices, a local retail trade, and a money order postoffice. The population according to the census of 1910 was 50.
