THE PARSONS SUN, 12 April 1913
Obituary of THOMAS GRAHAM
OLD CITIZEN IS DEAD.
THOMAS GRAHAM DIED YESTERDAY AND HIS FUNERAL TOMORROW MORNING
Thomas Graham, one of the oldest residents of Labette county, died at his home yesterday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, and the funeral will be held at the residence tomorrow, Sunday morning at 10 o'clock, Dr. Fred Shaw officiating, and interment will take place in the Labette cemetery. Thomas Graham has been an invalid for the past three years, suffering from diabetes, but during all that time he has been a silent sufferer. He has lived a life of honest industry and integrity, honored and respected by all who knew him, and leaves a large number of friends to mourn his death and sympathize with his bereaved family. Besides his wife, Mr. Graham leaves two sons, George and Robert Graham, who lives southeast of Parsons, all of whom were present when the husband and father passed over the silent river, and who tomorrow morning will follow him in sorrow and love to his resting place.
