Description: Age, 36; height, 5 ft. 11 1/2 in.; weight, 165; hair, brown; complexion, medium dark; build, slender; eyes, dark brown; nativity, Germany. Occupation, machinist.

Tattoo in blue and red of clasped hands and heart 3 in. above elbow, front. III. Small scar 1 3/4 in. above left brow. IV. Dim tattoo in blue of heart 2 1/2 in. above right nipple.

One term U. S. prison at Leavenworth in 1901 to 1904.
