Description: Age, 35; height, 5 ft. 3 1/2 in.; weight, 122; hair, brown; complexion, dark; build, small; eyes, brown, nativity, Illinois. Occupation, lineman.

Marks and scars: I. Small horizontal cut scar between first and second joints of first finger, outer. Round burn scar 2 in. above wrist, rear. Two vaccine scars on upper arm. III. Oblique cut scar 3 in. long on left side of neck, with three stitch marks. Scar on top and left side of head. Vertical cut scar 3/4 in. long at center margin of right eyebrow, 1 in. to right of median line. Small scar at center of right cheek. Small scar in. below left eye.

Criminal record: Four years in Hutchinson Reformatory, from 1900 to 1904, for burglary.
