Obituary of LYDIA STEINERT
Mrs. Emanuel Steinert, 79, died at the Russell City Hospital Friday evening. Born May 24, 1890 in Marion County, she married Fred Steinert who died during the influenza epidemic in 1919. In 1920 she married Emanuel Steinert.

She is survived by the widower, Emanuel of the home; two children by her first marriage, Lewis Steinert, Hays and Mrs. Viola Darby, El Monte, Calif.; three children by her second marriage, Leo, Leland and Hubert Steinert, all of Great Bend, nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Ella Steinert, Russell.

Funeral services will be Monday, March 23, at 1:30 p.m. from the Deines Funeral Home with final rites at 2 p.m. from the Lutheran Church in Milberger. Burial will be in the Milberger Cemetery.
