Obituary of ALEX WIEDEMAN
Alex Wiedeman, 74, died Wednesday (30 March 1977) at Russell City Hospital. He was born July 8, 1902, in Russell County where he spent his life.

He married Rachel Nuss, Nov. 26, 1926, at Milberger. He was a farmer-stockman and a Sohio Oil pumper. They moved to Russell in 1950 and he was an employee of the C. O. Mammel store for 10 years.
He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church. A memorial in his name has been established at the church.

Survivors are the widow; two sons, Marvin, LaCrosse, and Dean, Hutchinson, one brother, George, Wakeeney; a sister, Mrs. William (Eva) Resley, Russell, six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at St. John Lutheran Church, Rev. Herman Frerichs officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at Pohlman's Mortuary in Russell until service time.
