Charlotte Louise Klostermeier, 98, Mall Towers, Formerly of 112 N. 12th St., died Wednesday, June 16, 1993 at Medicalodge.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. Robert Ziegler officiating. Burial will be in Mount Vernon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7- 8:30 p.m. Friday at Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to Trinity Lutheran School Endowment Fund or for the Dream Fund at Trinity Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Klostermeirer was born Oct. 4, 1894 in Atchison, the daughter of Julius and Louise Nohring Newmann. She attended Trinity Lutheran Grade School.

She was a teacher at Trinity Lutheran School before her marriage.

Mrs. Klostermeier was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church and had been the oldest member of the church at the time of her death.

She was a member of the Searchers and Corinthians Bible Class at the church, the XYZ Club at the church, a charter member of the American Legion Auxiliary, and the Garden Club. She enjoyed quilting, embroidery and handiwork, gardening and cooking.

She married Henry C. Klostermeier on June 28, 1917, at Trinity Lutheran Church. He preceded her in death in August 1958. She was also preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters. Several nieces and nephews survive.
