Doles Cemetery
Doles Cemetery is located six miles west of Medicine Lodge in 6-32-12 and 1-32-13. As of 1980, Glenn Vanderwork was the land owner. First burial in this cemetery was 1876.

2 Stones located in the NE Quarter of Section 1, Township 32 S, Range 13 West (Mingonia Township) - owned in 1995 by Eugene and Imoegne Fitzsimmons Revocable Trust:

1st Stone
Murta M., born January 31, 1879, Died August 18, 1884.
On the reverse side of the stone:
Willie E. born, March 23, 1883, Died August 8, 1884
On the base of the stone: Children of M.A. and M.E. Mayes

2nd Stone
Jurita A., wife of C. Piper, died April 17, 1876
On side of stone: Infant son of C. & J.A. Piper
On reverse side of stone: George, son of C. & J.A. Piper, died September 1, 1877


This across the township road to the east:

On a portion of what appears to be the NW corner of Section 6, Township 32 South, Range 12 West, (Mingonia Township) owned in 1995 by G.C. Vanderwork - two stones:

Duncan Doles- died October 12, 1882, aged 34 years, 1 month, 7 days.

Jane Arterburn, died July 23, 1898, Age 58 Y


Augustus Arterburn, no marker found.
