Allen "Bud" Janson, 67, died April 24, 1985 at Wichita. Born April 6, 1918 in Kiowa, County, he married Norma Mae Millweed June 26, 1940, at Pratt. He was a retired Gold Bond employee and a lifetime resident of Sun City.He was a member of the VFW Post 7625 Medicine Lodge.
Survivors include the wife of the home; son, Terry L., Dodge City; brothers, Richard of Greensburg, Irvin of Kingman, Denver of Kirkland, Wash.; sisters, Irene Wedel, Clearlake Highlands, Calif., Martha Wedel, Lynnwood, Wash.; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Services were held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 17, at the Baptist Church, Sun City, with Pastor Phil Wylie officiating. Burial will be in the Sun City cemetery. Memorials to the Sun City Baptist Church.
