Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, in the Methodist Church for Carrie Creger, 78, who died Sunday at Fort Dodge.

Born in Scandis on May 12, 1886, she lived in the Medicine Lodge community since 1901 until 1960 when she and her husband moved to Fort Dodge. She married Henry Edmond Creger in 1914. He died in 1961. She was an active member in the Methodist Church, VFW Auxiliary and Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include one son, William L., and one daughter, Mrs. Frederick L. Smith.

Rev. Harold Lambert officiated and burial was in Highland cemetery.
