A sad and distressing accident occurred at the farm of C. H. Huntington about three miles east of Sharon last week.Some campers had built a camp fire near by, and went away, leaving the smoldering remains and the little five years old daughter of Mr. Huntington went near and began playing.
In a few moments her clothing was enveloped in flames and the little one was totally burned before assistance reached her. She endured untold agony until midnight, when death relieved her sufferings.
Mr. and Mrs. Huntington have the sympathy of this entire neighborhood in their sad bereavement.
