Barber County Kansas

Sharon Rosalie Ellis was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, December 6, 1943. She was adopted by Iris and Shelby Johnson on February 29, 1944 and moved to Medicine Lodge, Kansas, where she grew up with the class of 1961. She later moved to Oklahoma and then to Stockton. She passed away at St. Johns Regional Health Center in Springfield, Missouri October 3, 2007 after a short illness.

Sharon was a waitress in a local restaurant, where she was known and very well liked by all their customers.

She is survived by four children, Chad Ellis of Stockton, Mike Cole of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lisa Mikelejohn of Hutchinson, Kansas and Marcia Crissman of St. John, Kansas; and four grandchildren.

Memorial service was held on Saturday, October 27, 2007 at Brumback Funeral Home.
