William C. Mills, Jr., 60, died July 16, 1998, at Tulsa.He was born June 13, 1938, at Medicine Lodge, the son of William C. Sr. and Eva Mills. He was a Kansas State University graduate. He was a longtime rancher, a flight instructor and a car salesman for Crown Buick.
He was a 32 degree Mason.
Survivors include: his wife, Kathy Mills, of the home; a step-daughter, Dawn Crain, Tulsa; and a grandchild.
Funeral services were held Monday morning, July 20, 1998, at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Interment was Monday afternoon in Highland Cemetery, Medicine Lodge.
