Fisher served as its president and J.B. Hanna, cashier. This Bank was in operation until January 1914, when the assets, building and fixtures were sold to the Cedar Point State Bank, its successor.

The Cedar Point State Bank commenced business January 25, 1914, with the following officers: J.C. Fisher, president, L.M. Swope, vice-president, E.C. ImMasche, cashier, and Blanche V. Cress, assistant cashier. Beginning capital was $15,000.00 and a raise to $20,000.00 was made by sale of additional shares the fore part of the year 1918.

Mr. ImMasche served as cashier from 1914 to 1924 when he was elevated to the presidency and S.G. Fisher elected to serve as cashier. Mr. Fisher was replaced as cashier in 1926 by Mr. Earl James who served in this position until 1947, being replaced by Ralph W. Linnens who continues to serve as executive vice-president and cashier.

The capital stock of the bank was increased to $25,000.00 by stock dividend in the year 1952 and membership was accepted by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. An addition to the bank building and complete remodeling was done in 1971 at which time the capital stock was increased to $50,000.00 by stock dividend. Total capital accounts as of June 30, 1972 were in excess of $380,000.00 and total resources nearly $3,000,000.
