Paul E. Jacob, 47, of
Lehigh, Dies Suddenly
Paul E. Jacob, 47, a resident of Lehigh, died suddenly Wednesday afternoon following a heart attack. Mr. Jacob was stricken while at work at the Lehigh Sewer Pipe and Tile company and died within a few minutes.
He had suffered from a heart condition for some time. Ill recenty, he had been unable to work for several weeks and Wednesday was his first day back on the Job.
Funeral arrangements, in charge of the Wilder and Bruce funeral home of Fort Dodge, are incomplete pending word from a son, Charles Jacob, serving with the navy in California.
Rites for Mr. Jacob will be held at the Wilder and Bruce funeral home here and at the Lehigh Methodist church. Burial will be in West Lawn cemetery al Lehigh.
Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul M. Jacob, Mr. Jacob was born June 30, 1904 in Webster county. He has spent his entire life in the Lehigh vicinity.
He was married to the former Olive F. Waggoner, who survives him.
For the past ten years Mr. Jacob had been employed as a machine operator by the Lehigh Sewer Pipe and Tile company and the family has resided in Lehigh during that time.
Surviving him besides his wife are four daughters, Mrs. Elmer Williams of Fort Dodge, Mrs. Marion Dellachiesa of Lehigh, and the Misses Alice and Paulette, at home: and a son, Charles stationed with the navy in California.
A granddaughter, Dianne Dellachiesa of Lehigh; two brothers, John Jacob of Vancouver, Wash., and LeRoy Jacob of Topeka,
Kans.: two half brothers and three half-sisters also survive him.

Ray, who died in 1944, preceded
him In death.
