Vaught, Dorothy E Wells Dorothy E. Wells Vaught, 77, of Worcestor, Mass., died Sunday, March 27, 2005.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Robert L. Vaught; four daughters, Kathleen A. Vaught-Oh Eigeartaigh, Laura M. Lincoln, Colleen K. McGinn and Elizabeth C. Biernik; a brother, David Wells; a sister Mary Biehl; seven grandchildren and several nieces and
nephews. A brother, Robert Wells, proceeded her in death.
She was born in Kansas the daughter of John S. and Agnes McCallum Wells and was a graduate on Kansas State University in 1949 with a degree in Art History.
She had worked as a secretary for Assumption College for 20 years.
She was a life long volunteer for numerous organizations throughout many states, most recently working with Blessed Sacrament Church.
The funeral was Friday, April 1 at the O'Conner Brothers Funeral Home with a Mass at the Blessed Sacrament Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, Mass. 01701.
