Vazquez, Jacqueline Danielle

Jacqueline Danielle Vazquez, 2-year-old daughter of Luis Daniel and Jessica Dawn Thomas Vazquez, a former Emporian, of DeRidder, La., died Sept. 27, 2005, at Waurika, Okla.

Jacqueline Vazquez was born Aug. 12, 2003, at Fort Polk, La. She is survived by her parents and a brother, Jeffrey Dean Vazquez of the home. Her surviving grandparents are John and Peggy Thomas of Strong City; Kyle Burris and Lois Swift of Groves, Texas; and Hector Vazquez and Marie Negron of Puerto Rico.

The service was Oct. 5 in Beauregard Cemetery at DeRidder, La.
