I am new to genealogy searching so I need any/all the help or suggestions I can get. I've hit the proverbial stone wall! I cannot seem to locate this cemetery. We believe GG grandparents are interned there. Their names are Meredith Hayward d.1920 and his 2nd wife (not sure if they were even married) Catherine Campbell Hayward. Can't find this cemetery listed anywhere!

I found a record on Ancestry.com of a marriage of Henry T. Fegan and Anna C. Gentry in 1888 or 89. He may have been my grandfather, though she was not my grandmother. I think this may be an earlier marriage, which produced a daughter. I have only recently learned of this aunt's existence and do not know if she married, had children, etc., before she died, probably in the 1920's.

Topic: PARVIN, LEHMAN, THOMPSON
From: Jerry Thomas jerryt@interpac.net
Date: Friday, June 01, 2001 11:18 AM

Elam B. PARVIN, born in New Jersey in 1809, married Mary E. THOMPSON in Joplin when he was 65. He already had several children. Mary E. THOMPSON PARVIN and Elam B. PARVIN had two sons and a daughter. Their older son, Isaac N. PARVIN, was born in Crestline in 1876. When his mother died (1885) he went to live with his uncle, David THOMPSON in Crestline.

Isaac Newton PARVIN married Joye Belle LEHMAN in 1900. They lived in Columbus. They had four daughters and a son. Their oldest daughter, Mary PARVIN THOMAS, is my mother.

I am seeking information about the ancestors of Joye Belle LEHMAN and Mary E. THOMPSON

I have traced the PARVIN family back to John PARVIN, born in Yorkshire, 1604. Any help with LEHMANs and THOMPSONs will be appreciated.

Gerald PARVIN THOMAS
