John A. Miller Dead.

Once more the flag in the court house yard was at half mast to mark the passing of one of the most widely known old soldiers in this community. John A. Miller died at his home at eight o’clock this morning at the age of seventy-eight years.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at two o’clock at the Methodist church, Rev. E. J. Gardner will conduct the services. Interment will be in City cemetery.
