Obituary of JOHN FISH |
Uncle John Fish, one of the first settlers of Protection, died from
paralysis at his home on Friday of last week after four days illness, and
was buried on Saturday near Protection. Mr. Fish was 77 years old, and a
highly respected citizen of the county. He built the first hotel ever erected at Protection, and continued in the hotel business up to the time of his death. His wife survives him. |
