The death of CLARENCE MORTON of Sherman County is one of those distressing affairs that sometimes come to a community.  The father of five little girls, he was especially needed to care for his family.  One of the most genial of men, it is hard to understand why he could not have been spared many years yet to have provided for his family.  The funeral we understand took place at Bassettville on Tuesday.
