| Elizabeth Claassen Lohrenz, 86, retired
teacher, died Feb. 9. She was born Feb. 1, 1914 to Henry A. and Helene
Penner Claassen near Beatrice, Ne. On June 16, 1946, she was married to Cornelius P. Lohrenz, who survives her. Survivors include a daughter, Ruth and husband John Schnaufer; sons, Paul and wife Nancy and Thomas and wife Lori; brothers-in-law, Menno Lohrenz and Rufus Lohrenz, both of Hillsboro, and Otto Lohrenz of Kearney, Ne.; a sister-in-law, Mary Lou Wiens of Wichita; and eight grandchildren. |
