| Genevieve L. Nonken, 97, of Peabody, died
Friday, March 17, 2000, at Peabody Community Living Center. There will be
no services. She was born March 13, 1903 in Peabody to Jonas Eli and Susie Belle (Hartman) Baker. She married Wesley M. Nonken, Aug. 10, 1926 in Peabody. He preceded her in death in July of 1983. She is survived by one son, Jerry Nonken of Augusta; one daughter, Jeanne Scher of Los Alamos, N.M.; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Hartman Baker; and two sisters, Irene Draper and Ruth Baker. |
