Obituary of LINDA ANN FLAMING
Linda Ann Flaming, 85, died May 27, 2000, at Parkside Homes, Hillsboro.

Born Nov. 9, 1914, in the Ebenfeld community, she was the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Hiebert) Claassen.

On Oct. 3, 1939, she was married to Art Flaming at Hillsboro. A homemaker and former secretary, she was a member of Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church where services were held Tuesday afternoon.

The Rev. Bob Fenstermacher and the Rev. Dave Plett were officiating clergymen. Burial was in the M.B. Cemetery, Hillsboro.

Survivors include her husband, Art, Hillsboro; sons, Dale of San Rafael, Calif., and Paul of Minneapolis, Minn.; daughters, Ruth Klassen of Minneapolis, Minn., and Beth Carter of St. Louis, Mo.; brother, Howard Claassen of Tacoma, Wash.; and six grandchildren.

A memorial fund has been established in her name at Tabor College.
