Died

Peter Vohs, who has been sick for some time at his home north of Louisburg, died last Monday evening at 8 o'clock. The funeral was held at the church at Wea on Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Weiners. Mr. Vohs has been suffering from consumption for several years. A large number of friends of the family attended the funeral.

I regret to learn of the death of Mr. Peter Vohs, of Wea, who died the 18th inst. Mr. Vohs was a charitable and kind neighbor, indulgent parent and husband and a devout Christian. To his family and relatives I extend my sincere condolences.
