- Location: SW 1/4 Section 7-2-16. Later moved one mile north. Samuel and Rebeckah HEATON. Sam MATTESON's grandparents ran store and postoffice at that point. Established May 6, 1875. Postmasters: William HEATON, May6, 1875; Benjamin F. HEATON, September 26, 1883. Discontinued July 23, 1894.
