Seeking information on the family of Nancy Jane HAYES, m. July 4, 1881 in Rawlins Co., KS to John William WILTSE son of Leonard and Louisa Wiltse also from the NE Iowa area. Nancy was b. September 18, 1861 in Colesburgh, Delaware Co., IA and d. March in Pisgah, IA.

I have no definite information regarding the parents of Nancy Jane Hayes, but believe they started on their way west to Kansas in April 1880 along with the Wiltse family. Their names might be...Charles and Mary HAYES and Nancy may have had a brother named George and possibly another named Ned.

Nancy and John had 6 girls (Stella b. 1893 was my grandmother), and one boy, all but the last being born in Herndon, Rawlins Co., KS

Any information appreciated.
