William H. Humiston Obituary Obituary: WILLIAM H. HUMISTON STERLING- William H. Humiston, 65, of Sterling, died April 27, 1995, at his home. He was born March 12 1930, at Hutchinson, the son of Raymond Frank and R. Pauline Griggs Humiston. A Sterling resident since 1983, he was recently retired from the Sterling Dillons, and was the former owner of Jack and Jill Grocery, Sterling, and had been a meat supervisor for Nash-Finch Co., Hutchinson.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Sterling. Other survivours include; three sons, Robert, Salina, Christopher, Hutchinson, and Joel, Liberal; two daughters, Kerry Reimer, Hutchinson, and Stacy Barker, Sterling; father, Hutchinson; two brothers, Richard and James, both of Hutchinson; a sister, Sally Eubanks, Nickerson; and 11 grandchildren.
