Landrum and Sarah (Vaughn) Landrum. His father was from Dekalb county, Missouri, and his mother from Henderson Ill. He was educated in the Frankfort high school, and later secured degrees for work at Kansas University and at Yale. In 1905-'07 he was superintendent of schools at Belle Plaine, in 1907-'09, at Eskridge, and is now superintendent at Onaga. He is unmarried, and is at present engaged on a thesis concerning the territorial courts of Kansas. (Included with the article, "A History of the Kansas School Fund.", page 195)
