F.H. Foster, born at Walpole, N.H., Jan 6, 1857, son of Henry T.
and Anna M. (FULLER) FOSTER. Educated at Kimball Academy and Law Dept of the
University of Michigan. Married Harriet B. Franks, June 3, 1884. Came to
Topeka 1882. Lawyer. Died Dec 9, 1912, Topeka, KS, buried at the Topeka Cemetery.
According to his obituary he was a candidate for County Attorney in 1906.
