Gilbert Gerald Ackentlan, 83, died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2003, at Sheridan County Health Complex. He was born Aug. 4, 1920, in Rexford. He was a farmer and longtime Sheridan County resident.
Survivors include his wife, Nontla, of the home; two sons, Steven, and Gerald, two daughters, Lorena Taylor and Roberta Ochs, three brothers, Carl, Richard, and Robert, a sister, Irene Deschner, eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Burial in the Hoxie City Cemetery.
