Ruby Jane Kames Cressler, 94, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2003, at Sheridan County Long Teml Care Unit.
She was born Nov. 28, 1908, in Lenora, daughter of Thomas L.. and Margaret Jane (Graham) Hardman. She married Daris E. Kames on May 19, 1925; he died Aug. 11, 1956. She married Carson Cressler on Jan. 24, 1966; he died Feb. 9, 1973. She was a retired Hoxie city clerk.
Survivors include two sons, Carroll Karnes, and Dorrance L. Kames, three daughters, Maxine Patroon, Shirley Allacher, and Evelyn Donscheski, a brother, Thomas I. Hardman, 15 grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; nine stepgreat-grandchildren; .and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Burial in the Hoxie Cemetery.
