Charles B. Shafer, 74, former Quinter and Hoxie resident, died Tuesday, Apri16, 2004, at Kindred Hospital. He was born June 26, 1929, in Quinter, son of Charlie B. and Myrtle (Morrow) Shafer. He graduated from Hoxie High School in 1948.
He was employed by West Tape and Label in Denver until his retirement. He moved to San Antonio in 2002.
Survivors include a sister, Lorrie Shafer.
His wife, Patsy Shafer, preceded him in death.
Burial in the Hoxie Cemetery.
