Myrtle E. Warner, 101, Oberlin, died
Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008, in Newton. She was born June 18, 1907, in rural Selden to Edward and Ellen C. Anderson. She attended country schools near Selden and Oberlin.

She married Walter Rogers in 1924. He preceded her in death. She later married Jess Warner in 1947. He preceded her in death. She was an engraver for a printing company.

Survivors include a son, Gerald Rogers, five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Oberlin United Methodist Church; burial in Lund Cemetery, rural Oberlin.
