I have several years of a diary kept by
my Gr. Grandmother Elizabeth Gentzler. It dates from January 1901 and goes to 1915. It lists lots of births, deaths, and marriages. I would be glad to look for names for anyone. She lived mainly in the Garfield area. |

I have a school register (Prairie View
School, Swan Township, I think) for the years 1892-1894. It is hard to read in
places. I would be happy to look up pupils for anyone interested. I also have my
grandfather's day books from 1903-1940. There isn't much in there that would be of
interest to anyone but immediate family, but he does occasionally mention funerals for
friends around his township. I am happy to share if anyone is interested!
Smith County Research needs to be in the title, as I have a very high filter on my email!
