Stella D.....b...02 Apr 1868
Frank M......b......Sep 1869
Kate A.......b...06 Dec 1873

Martha E. (ARMSTRONG) HAWLEY died in 1880 in Shelby, Nebraska. Sylvanus then married Rebecca C. BROWN in 1881. They had a child, Ethel, b. 21 Nov 1885.

Sylvanus died in Moran, Allen Co., KS on 5 Dec 1920. According to his pension application he lived for a time in Smith Co., KS which is where I located his son.

My sister Dorothy Chase has helped a lot, but I still don't know much.
