He was born in WaKeeney. Son of Timothy and Cathy (Bourne) Billinger. He was a 2002 graduate of Trego Community High School, WaKeeney, and a graduate of Northwest Kansas Technical College, Goodland. He was in the U.S. Army Reserve. He was employed as a rig hand with WW Drilling LLC. Survivors include his father and stepmother, Timothy and Denise Billinger, his mother, Cathy Billinger and Calvin Pfannenstiel, four brothers, Dusty Billinger and Brandon Knipp, CJ Pfannenstiel, and Derrick Pfannenstiel, two sisters, Michelle Stegman, Victoria, and Shawna Aschenbrenner, maternal grandparents, Robert and Shirley Bourne, and paternal grandparents, Alvin and Marie Billinger.
