Raemie Lou Hinshaw was born April 5, 1929 in WaKeeney, KS, the only child of Charles Andrew and Meta Amelia (Tegtmeyer) Schultz. She passed away Sunday, May 10, 2009 in the Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital Long Term Care in WaKeeney, KS at the age of 80.
She attended Rural Union #3 Elementary School and graduated from Trego Community High School in 1947. On October 17, 1948, Raemie married Harold Hinshaw in the Presbyterian Church at WaKeeney. He passed away March 1, 1992. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two sons, Kent Hinshaw and wife, Signa; Scott Hinshaw; three grandchildren, Scarlett Hinshaw; Christina Weigel and husband, Jim; and Victoria Sanders and husband, Jesse; and four great-grandchildren, Hailey, Taylor, and Vanessa Weigel and Grace Sanders.
Interment is in the WaKeeney City Cemetery
