Born in Millbrok, Ks., Graham County. Daughter of Vernon & Mable Marie (Clarke) Bell. She married Jourdan Mattke on Sept. 4, 1949, in WaKeeney. Survivors include her husband, of the home, a son, John Mattke, a daughter, Janet Underhill, four brothers, Vernon, Doyle, Harold, & Jerry Bell, four grandchildren, & 11 great-grandchildren.
Burial in Ogallah Cemetery
