I'm looking for information on his son, Fred Phelps (my great grandfather), and his wife, Emily Hogbin, who may have been married in Lenora. I have the date June 16, 1890. Also, their firstborn, Ethel Phelps, known to have been born in Kansas in 1891, possibly Lenora. By 1894, the family had moved on to Nebraska
