I was researching a patient of the JCRS Tuberculosis sanatorium that was located in Spivak Co, and saw that the patient in her family lived in Topeka Ks before she moved to Spivak to be treated for tuberculosis. There are a couple of spellings of her name they are - Bessie Kodinsky, Bessie Kodensky, Bessie Winter(s) (was her married name), Polia Bessie Kodinsky, and Polia Bessie Winter. Her and her family moved from Russia to Topeka in 1923.

Also, her file said she went to a Hillcrest Sanatorium in Topeka Ks, if anyone has any info on that it would be much appreciated.
