I am attempting to get information about my grandfather who lived in
northeast Kansas from 1878 until 1929. He apparently operated
businesses and owned land in three communities: Hiawatha in Brown Co.,
Seneca in Nemaha Co. and Frankfort in Marshall. Any information would
be appreciated.

His brother, Walt Mason was very well known at the time, as he was a
nationally syndicated humorist and writer; he lived in Emporia. See:
