My grandfather, Ray Spargo, was born in Beloit, Kansas in April 1909. His parents' names were George J. Spargo and Harriet Ellen Looney. George J. Spargo was a teamster, and he was originally from Ohio. Harriet Ellen Looney was a homemaker from Brighton, Iowa. They had several children, of which I only know two names, William and Ray.
