Looking for info on Joseph & Margretha Bauer (Bowers)from Kohler/Volga area of Russia. They immigrated in 1876 to Pottawatomie CO and then to Jackson CO about 1880 where they continued to live on farm and Joseph died in 1916. Four sons--Peter who married Catherine Kippes in 1884, Jacob, Gottlieb, Nicholas who married Maggie Byer in 1895. Daughter--Mary who married Francois Lareau in 1895. I believe the son Peter and wife Catherine who were buried in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in St. Marys, KS are the same
